📖 How do I book a wash?

Tap a wash center on the home screen → choose a package → pick a date & slot → confirm payment. Done in under 2 minutes!

💰 What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your slot. Cancellations within 2 hours incur a ₹25 fee. Refunds process in 3–5 business days.

🎁 How do promo codes work?

Apply promo codes on the booking summary screen before confirming payment. Each code can be used once per account.

🚗 Can I add multiple vehicles?

Yes! Go to Profile → My Vehicles to add cars, bikes, or SUVs. You can set one as primary for faster booking.

🔒 Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Pitbay never stores your card details.
